MS Excel Tip: Editing Multiple sheets at the same time

In principle, if data can be stored in a single table or data range, it should be. There are valid cases however where similar data needs to be split and stored into multiple worksheets.

Using the ctrl key to cherry pick, or the shift key for a range, we can select multiple sheets at the same time. We can then perform the same operation on multiple tabs, such as a group delete. Neater then that though, we can edit all sheets at the same, such as adding or removing rows and columns or even editing individual cells. Just remember to deselect them all at the end as you can easily end up editing them when your intention to edit only one!
